It helps to blame. Right? Because if someone is responsible for our pain, we can feel better about it. (or is it worse?)
But what if no one is to blame?
Then what?
What if this is just the way things are supposed to be? No one is at fault, no one is to blame. But then who is responsible for the pain? How can we mend the pain if no one is to blame?
By accepting that the past couldn't have been any different.
